The south of South Tyrol is where the grapes that become the Merlot RF selection are cultivated, using traditional and natural methods: the wine develops without the use of any supplements over a fermentation period of some 21 days, followed by a maceration period of around 40 days. It then ages in 225-litre oak barrels for a total of 18 months, with the result sure to delight all wine lovers.
