From production to enjoyment, the Chardonnay RF selection is a true adventure. Unusually for a white wine, this special product ferments in wooden barrels, where it is stored for up to 18 months. Roberto Ferrari decided upon this somewhat peculiar method as a consequence of the structure of the grapes: meaty and rich in minerals. The result of his gamble is a wine that is totally intense, from its colour right through to its finish.
