Pinot Bianco is currently flying high in South Tyrol – probably because its simple elegance is winning it more and more friends. Its light-bodied, mineral structure makes the Pinot Bianco Profil especially good as an aperitif, but it is also excellent with starter dishes – and perfect with white and green asparagus!
